Yes. Joining Conetus and using its core features is free, and a free plan will always be available. If you want more, there are two optional paid plans: Pro at ₦3,000 a month, and Business at ₦9,000 a month for service providers.

We're currently growing our community in Kubwa and Gwarinpa, Abuja, and will gradually expand to more communities across Nigeria.

Providers go through a verification process before receiving a verification badge.

Yes. Customers can submit service requests, and matching providers receive notifications so they can respond.

Each user receives a unique referral code.

When someone signs up using your code and their account is approved, you earn referral credit.

Providers earn ₦200 referral credit for every approved provider they refer.

Referral credit can only be used towards Conetus subscriptions and premium features.

No. Referral credits are not cash and cannot be withdrawn. They can only be used on Conetus.

Credits are added after the referred account has been reviewed and approved by our team.

Yes. Conetus includes a jobs section where users can browse approved opportunities in their community.

Yes. Discover, in the Conetus app, lists places worth visiting — restaurants, hotels, gyms, salons, parks and more — and the concerts, conferences, parties and community events happening near you. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live.

Yes. You can add a place or an event from the Conetus app. Listing a place costs ₦10,000 once and it stays listed; listing an event costs ₦15,000 and it runs for 30 days. Both prices are early-adopter rates. We review every listing, and its payment, before it goes live.

Conai is Conetus' AI assistant.

It helps you discover providers and jobs simply by chatting naturally.

No. Service providers operate their own independent businesses. Conetus simply helps connect users with providers.

We encourage users to review providers and we verify provider information where applicable.

However, customers should still exercise their own judgment before hiring.

You can report inappropriate behaviour or suspicious activity to our support team for investigation.

Yes. A free plan will always be available. Pro and Business are optional upgrades for people who want more.

Everything in the free plan, plus:

• Apply to well-paid jobs — ₦150,000+ a month
• Get matched to customer requests near you, with an email each time
• Send provider requests — we find and email providers for you
• Unlimited showcase items
• Unlimited access to Conai, your AI assistant

Pro costs ₦3,000 a month. You can also pay ahead and save: ₦8,200 for three months, or ₦30,000 for a full year (two months free). Plans don't renew automatically — you pay for each period with Referral Credit or by bank transfer.

Jobs that pay ₦150,000 or more a month are a Pro feature. Everyone can see the role and its pay, but the contact details and how to apply are shown only to Pro and Business members.

Business is for service providers who want to run their work on Conetus, not just get found. It costs ₦9,000 a month and includes everything in Pro, plus:

• Business dashboard & customer management (CRM)
• Job pipeline with live customer tracking links
• Revenue tracking on every job
• Insights: top services, repeat customers, completion rate
• Profile views: see how many people looked at your business each week
